Db mods (#73)

* Converted over surveyors to observers * Moved utm_zone to integer * change connection string to utc default * change default timezone for testing * Fixes about half of the examples for #72 * Updated the docs to better reflect the database modification and splitting of the repos Co-authored-by: Micah Sandusky <[email protected]>
