Welcome to the Wiki for the RMP Platform's SDK by Segway Robotics!
This SDK serves as your essential tool to access the extensive capabilities of the RMP Platform. It furnishes you with vital resources to kick-start your journey, and guides you to master the intricate features of the platform. We wish you a pleasant journey!
The SDK is compatible with various computation hardware units. High-performance hardware will yield better execution results. We recommend using high-quality edge computing hardware, such as the Jetson platform series by NVIDIA.
The SDK is designed to work under x86_64 and ARM architectures, running on Linux systems and distributions. It also supports mounting in Docker containers in the form of volumes.
The SDK can be utilized with a variety of Segway Robotics' products, such as rmp220, rmp401plus, rmp401pro, and others. For detailed product information, please refer to Segway Robotics.
We are also pleased to introduce Nova Carter. Nova Carter is a product jointly created with NVIDIA, based on the Segway Robotics RMP220 chassis. It utilizes NVIDIA's Orin edge computing hardware. It can be used in AMR scenarios and, when combined with NVIDIA's Isaac software, can help users accelerate development and verification.
Currently, we are in the process of product iteration and new product development. We hope that you can find products that meet your needs. If you have better ideas or requirements, please feel free to contact us at [email protected].
