Added some examples re: #1044 There's an open issue for further extending zephyr support for the camera and microphone on the devicetree. zephyrproject-rtos/zephyr#60148 May be worth circling back here once someone has a chance to tackle that issue to further augment it. |

Added some configuration files and overlays associated with the examples here: https://github.com/Cosmic-Bee/xiao-zephyr-examples
A start for the Zephyr support for Xiao boards. Given it's Zephyr each of the devices has an overlay and configuration that maps back the associated pins and functionality so for the most part the same examples should work across every board. Is this what you were thinking @MatthewJeffson? Let me know if there are changes to the approach or what you were hoping to accomplish here.
If things look good I could go through and do the same for the other Xiao boards making sure they properly run all of the examples and including them in each of the Zephyr pages (it's a bit duplicative but shows the main functionality).
