Merging to pre-dev so that I can work on separating features in a new branch.

Decided not to do unnecessary separation of some components that might not need to be reused.

Cleaned up and organized the code a bit better using a constants.ts file.
Made Privacy Page code more dynamic and more organized.
Played around with padding settings in header and body, think it looks a bit better but not sure.
