Adding useMatomo trackPageView from @jonkoops/matomo-tracker-react to App.tsx. Not sure if it will work like this. It should work when added to individual pages, but since routing is not implemented yet I decided to test it by adding it here for now.
Merging some work from the index page branch to keep this branch updated while switching.
Merging some more components that will be used in the index page.
Adding some more minor edits from the index page branch before merging to dev.

Added a text bar with fade, an "image carousel" from daisyUI and did some minor adjustments with padding as well as fixing the footer. Color of text and banners are not completely matching because of daisyUI theme settings which will be fixed in the future.
Also added page tracking to App, not sure if it's going to work as is but otherwise it should work when we add routing and individual pages which will probably come next sprint.
