The Helen project :accessibility:

What is it?

The Helen project is embeded system that helps people with vision disabilities, like: blindness, low vision and deaf-blind, to detect solid things in them front using sounds or vibrations components and sensors.

The Helen is projected to work in anything, for example you can make a hat that have the project on it or you can make a glove that show to a blind person if have a distant solid thing, so your imagination is your limit with this project.

This project has more than one version, here are all versions:

  • Single HC-SR04;
  • Single HC-SR05.
