v0.6.4 - (HyperOptable) Settings to Enable/Disable Buys/Sells for Downwards/Sideways/Upwards trends + BugFix

WARNING: MoniGoMani should always be re-optimized unless you really know what you are doing when manually allocating parameters!
I strongly recommended to re-optimize your own copy of MoniGoMani while thinking logically, don't follow your computer blindly!

Added (HyperOptable) Settings to Enable/Disable Buys/Sells for Downwards/Upwards trends too now!

There was a bug in in the MoniGoMani.py file @ in the adx buy/sell when the debuggable dataframe was enabled,
I missed some things during one of my last refactors, with this fix backtest results are consistent again when debuggable dataframe is enabled/disabled
Thank you @jögn for pointing out the inconsistencies in the tests!
