Add a setting for a new 19.43 experimental miniplayer feature.
When enabled, the miniplayer can be dragged off screen to the left or right. The video keeps playing as audio only, and the miniplayer can be restored by dragging it's tab back on screen.
This gesture can be done in any of the four screen corners, and swiping left/right also works.
