Hey, it's my first PR ever so please be nice :)
In this PR, i mostly added Blocks & Blocks Element stuff.
I choosed not to implement blocks not related to Messages (ex: input are only for modals).
And I also did not implement "file", "conversation_list", "user_list" and "external_data_source" because i don't need it for the moment but it can be easily added later.
I used dynamic parameters to get specific parameters for each type of block / block element because it sounds much easier to use like this.
Let me know if I did anything wrong.
