This pull request attempts to fix the issue where COBRAVMEC was not properly dealing with they NYQUIST sized arrays. This could be improved, as COBRAVMEC heavily relies on Fourier transforming the Lambda array which is not NYQUIST sized.
This addresses one item in issue #42
