Remove-CosmosDbCollection

SYNOPSIS

Delete a collection from a Cosmos DB database.

SYNTAX

Context (Default)

Remove-CosmosDbCollection -Context <Context> [-Key <SecureString>] [-KeyType <String>] [-Database <String>]
 -Id <String> [<CommonParameters>]

Account

Remove-CosmosDbCollection -Account <String> [-Key <SecureString>] [-KeyType <String>] [-Database <String>]
 -Id <String> [<CommonParameters>]

DESCRIPTION

This cmdlet will delete a collection in a Cosmos DB.

EXAMPLES

Example 1

PS C:\> Remove-CosmosDbCollection -Context $cosmosDbContext -Id 'MyNewCollection'

Delete the collection MyNewCollection from the database.
