Fix warnings due to project.version being unset
Remove Loom (and Minecraft!) from API and core projects
- The previously transitive dependencies were added here manually
- You might have to downgrade these if you want them to match the lowest Minecraft version used
Convert build scripts to Kotlin so they are easier to work on in the future
