Build and Install on Ubuntu and other distros

@demonpig created a script to facilitate installation of Notes-Up on non-elementary machines. The script should work on any Ubuntu version greater than or equal to 16.04. If you run the script without any parameters, then it will simply just build Notes-up. If you run ./build-notes-up.sh --run, then the script will run the newly compiled Notes-up application.
