Simple Python Kubeless function with dependencies

This error indicates that the Pods cannot reach the internet. To fix this if using microk8s you can run

microk8s.inspect
...
 WARNING:  IPtables FORWARD policy is DROP. Consider enabling traffic forwarding with: sudo iptables -P FORWARD ACCEPT 
Building the report tarball

Running this iptables command should fix the issue.
