* Remove unused features * Use `olddefconfig` to accept new defaults without prompting

NB: Draft PR subject to all sites being ready to upgrade. Merge needs to be made in concert with PR in PandABlocks-FPGA repo.Merging PandA rootfs should still allow building of FPGA repo with previous version of Vivado, but this is untested.
