Overview
Add the tiprack adapter for the evo tip adapter which is the 96 channel adapter + the bottom of the evo tiprack adapter. See https://opentrons.atlassian.net/browse/PLAT-587 for more details.
Test Plan and Hands on Testing
This needs to be tested in conjunction with the evotip track definition + a deep well plate
