feat: opentrons ai client Instruments Section

Overview

This PR adds the Instruments section to the create protocol flow.
It adds the Exit button and its functionality to the flows.

Test Plan and Hands on Testing

• On the landing page click Create a new protocol button, you will be redirected to the new page
• fill up the required information in the Application section and click Confirm
• You now can select different Robots and pipettes
• The Prompt Preview component is updated with the data entered.

Changelog

• Add second section Instruments
• Now on the create and update protocol flows there's an exit button instead of Logout
• Exit button displays a confirm Modal

Review requests

• Verify new section.
• Verify Exit functionality
