methyl-seek v1.0.0

This is the first major release of methyl-seek.

methyl-seek is composed of three analysis options that perform the following:

  • methyl-seek run: Identify CpG sites from whole genome or cell-free DNA bisulphite sequencing data.
  • methyl-seek dmr: Determine differentially methylated regions populated with CpG sites.
  • methyl-seek dcv: Identify cells/tissue of origin for cell-free DNA using Meth-Atlas and cfDNAme.
