Hey @Kiran-Adhikari, I hope you are having a great day! I just have a few comments/questions. The pipeline currently uses a set of docker images. Here are the URIs of each image on Dockerhub. This pull request is for a Docker specifically designed to run the RNA-seek pipeline. This docker file has been tested to ensure it successfully executes all stages of the RNA-seek workflow.
