TODO#1 : Fix the code to make the unit tests pass

The problem was as follow :
Only took in charge hour of the date,
So i integrated a function to calculate the total number of hour between
in and out including minutes, days, month and years.

Remplaced getDay() by getDate()
The first tell the day (monday / tuesday...) while se second tell the
date (01,02... 31). I just confused them

Reconfigured database to work from paris timezone

Added the pom.xml maj (jacoco newest version)
