Some Orbit may take longer than a minute to finalize a deposit. This adds an option to modify this time.
For now we set Stylus testnet, Xai and Xai testnet to 1 minute, and default all the other Orbit chains to 15 minutes.
If this time is not specified for Orbit chains, we will show the deposit time as 'up to 15 minutes remaining' instead of '~15 minutes remaining' as this is a max deposit duration instead of an estimated time.
