Jespipe core

This release contains a completed Jespipe core! The documentation and the semantic debugging work still needs to be done, but we now have a functional Jespipe core. It's still a little rough, but as long as your inputs are good you should be able to use it for simulations!

Now that the core is done, it is time to start working on the documentation to make it easier for users to interact with Jespipe. Also, add more features that will improve the overall experience of using Jespipe.

Training stage and work in progress Cleaning stage

The beta release contains a completed training stage and a work in progress cleaning stage. The reason why the cleaning stage is still a work in progress is because I still need some data to analyze before it can truly be declared completed. I also added some more functionality to the manager node, like progress bars and colored print statements. The nice thing about the progress bars is that by default they have a built-in timer that keeps track of how long certain processes take to complete. Very nice!

The next pre-release, gamma, will contain a working attack and clean stage and then hopefully jespipe will be ready to be released to the greater community!

Data Manipulation Stage

This pre-release marks the completion of the data manipulation stage and beginning of the training stage. The focus of this stage was getting the data ready to be used by the training stage. Now it is time to focus on getting jespipe working on Ursula, and getting the data returned by the training models!
