Update ZAP Search maps to utilize geo data from CRM

There is a planned Microsoft enhancement to store geojson data as strings in CRM. More details in this doc:

Once this enhancement is complete, data will need to be populated in the CRM field. Likely through a batch script which gets data from Andrew English's zoning files and MapPLUTO.

After the data has been backfilled, the ZAP Search maps should be refactored to consume the geojson data from CRM. This will also require design work for figuring out if different types of geometries (lots vs. other polygons) should be styled differently.
