窩把 CC BY 4.0 license 加上去ㄌ，希望只要 @antingchao @howard9199 @JacobLinCool 任何一位看過確認這樣寫沒問題就可以ㄌ><

希望 GitHub 能自動辨識嗚嗚嗚

我以為是每個作品自己有 License？

Hmmm 對耶有可能，可能有些東西的 License 不能由我們決定
那有需要預設 License 嗎？其他有不同方式的就再著名就好

我覺得每個東西獨立授權比較好（不需要預設授權），我還沒看過有博物館統一授權所有作品的。（話說博物館展品都怎麼授權啊？）

我覺得直接在作品的 README 最下面加一個二級標題 License 然後說明、連結授權就好？

故宮的 OpenData 專區是全部使用 CC BY 4.0，剛剛查了下居然有不少博物館是全部使用 CC0，好酷
