This PR is a companion to FV3-JEDI PRs #1263 and #1251, and JCB-GDAS PR #28.
It does two things:
gdasapp_fv3jedi_fv3incCTest to account for the change in name of the variablehydrostatic_delztodelz.fv3jedi_calcanlutility which will be used in an upcoming Global Workflow PR that adds a JEDI-based diagnostic analysis computation job.
