Open Settings > Themes > Themes folder and copy the file downloaded here

Vencord
Copy https://comfy-themes.github.io/Discord/betterdiscord/comfy.theme.css into the box in Settings > Themes > Online Themes tab
Or upload the file downloaded here by clicking Upload Theme in Settings > Themes > Local Themes tab
