Fixes and command line arguments

Contains a number of bug fixes, and some command line arguments that can be passed to the compiler.

Stable executable

Contains the current 'stable' executable. Code was created and the compiler seemed stable. Intermediate C++ code works and compiles. Validation mainly performed by C++ compiler.
