Notice that we had to remove Ubuntu arm since we don't provide that for 2.8.5 any more.
The best course of action for this PR might be to not merge it into master at all. I am targetting a new branch from master called
release/2.8.xfor the purposes of getting an approval. We can then make a release/tag based on that branch
