Moved to alpine base image instead of golang:1.18-alpine. The Go runtime is not needed in the image since migrating to goreleaser for building releases. Removing the go dependency slightly reduces the image size.

Quick Start

To get started with hosting your own Kard-bot instance,
download the precompiled binary for your architecture below. If
you plan on using Docker to host Kard-bot, download
kardbot-v2.1.6.tar.gz. Then, follow the instructions included
in the accompanying README.md.
