Extended list of spack‐stack environments

The following is will be an up-to-date list of spack-stack environments on each platform.
The current version targeted by the 'latest-ue-' symlinks on each platform is: 1.7.0
Each path represents what a user/model/modulefile should point to with module use or by directly adding to the $MODULEPATH environment variable.

1: The GSI add-on environment (gsi-addon*) provides different versions for several packages in order to support the GSI: [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected]
