MSRV was changed to 1.60 in this minor bump proptest-rs/proptest#300. proptest is just a dev dependency, so it doesn't change our crate's MSRV, but we won't be able to test on 1.57 if we accept this change.

Looks like proptest is no longer updatable, so this is no longer needed.
