Maker/menu translations plus misc. fixes (#10)

- Adds translations for the character maker, main menu and options menu
- Fixes some of the regexes to look for full-width numbers, as the game mixes full-width and half-width seemingly at random
- Adds separate translations for the default characters' first and last names, so they don't get auto-translated
