Major rearranging (#12)

* Straped down some basic Translations:
- Names
- Map
- Relationships
- Tasks

Added some more Regex to improve the Autotranslation

* First Dialog Batch Done

* Translated all of the Dialogs and Split them Apart

* Clean the _Substition File

* Cleaned out Substition File
Remove unneeded c00_test file

* Add Some More Translations for Basic Stuff.

Its not Sorted and some stuff is missing.
Also The Translations Need further Checking before merging

* Remove test translation

* Proofreading translations

Changed a few files + added the PSD for the loading screens.

* Fixed three awkward lines in UI.txt

* File Cleanup for HF Patch

Fixed a lot of issues + Made a Birthdays.txt and RandomNames.txt + Cleaned up some of the files and translations, should be mostly consistent

There may be a weird bug with sex positions just fucking vanishing idk about that so if it happens just click in the general spot, they're still there, you're just playing blind

* Restructure

Originally just posted on the discord, cleaned up a lot of stuff

- Some regex fixes
- More in-game translations (Jizou statue relationship panel, side buttons, etc)
- Tweaked interaction menu translations a teeny bit
- Final maker translation cleanup (for now)
- Split Menu into Menu_01 (pre-in game menus) and Menu_02 (in game menus)
- All popup menus should now have translations
- Changed 'Brave' personality to be more accurate to the kanji -- her new name is 'Hesitant'
- Changed 'Shrine Path' to 'River' since that's where you go
- Translated all H positions! Woohoo!
- Included some dialogue strings from user misc that didn't make it into the hardmod update

* Add GeBo'

* Update Translation/en/Text/regex.txt

* Trim spaces
