Most important changes

Other changes

  • move to swc (the time change here at first was very much but the time difference is actually very random really, sometimes around 11-12, sometimes around 20, sometimes 5) — so not waiting for this to finish (in step 1) is a pretty significant improvement
  • run openapi typescript gen in parallel (these were barely taking much time anyways, but this does speed it up by a very small margin)
