Added FAQ section according to Figma design (minus the noodles at the ends of the speech bubbles)

I added Framer Motion as a dependency, so reinstall dependencies after merge.

Things:

  • Little dudes on the sides "lag" behind the scroll and rotate slowly
  • Clicking on the dudes makes a ripple effect behind them
  • Mobile view simply removes the dudes from view

Thought: On mobile view, the FAQ's seem really lengthy idk
