THE README_folder_inf.txt contains information about the github directory structure.
The folder 'TRAPPSURF' contains the code for the stand-alone version and the implementation in TRAPP. In addition, it contains the examples used in the bachelor thesis which presented the implementation and the comparison to ConSurf. README files were included as well for further instructions.
The folder contain all outputs from the performed analyses and files that summarize the generated data. Furthermore, it contains the used python environments and the python/R/jupyter scripts which were used to generate and analyze the data. README files were included as well for further instructions.
