1.14.5 release preparation (#4838)

* Updated release preparation branch version number t0 1.14.5-2 * Disable AM_MAINTAINER_MODE. Set HDF5GENERATE_HEADERS (CMAKE) to OFF. Change default build mode from debug to production. Ran autogen.sh to regenerate UNIX build system files. Added generated configure, Makefile.ins, etc to commit.
