Description
Created a folder named "periodic_experiments" in gcp_ubuntu folder. Added 4 build configurations each corresponding to a job in KOKORO. The 4 jobs will run parallely. Created a json file "experiments_configuration.json" in the "periodic_experiments" folder to store the experiment configurations. Also created a build.sh in the same directory, that can read the configurations from the json file.
Link to the issue in case of a bug fix.
