Move JLCPCB order number location

• Gerbers no longer have silkscreen covering exposed copper
• Corners rounded for aesthetics.
• Clickwheel connector and mainboard passthrough connector are now wired out to individual header rows so that they can be selectively jumped.
  • Use double sided headers to allow both jumping and probing.

Note: BOM provided has a 45 pin ribbon cable, it seems that no one sells a 13 pin cable at the correct size, just buy a wider one and cut it down with a knife.

Move passthrough connector to bottom/flip pad order to accommodate for flex cables with pads on same side.
