Mpox KG 2nd release for zenodo

This version of release has changes in the KG as suggested by the reviewers of Bioinformatics Advances. There are 2 new .ipynb files to readily access annotated data and results of the KG.

Mpox KG 1st release for zenodo

This first release of git was done to transfer the codes and data to zenodo. This git contains a workflow used to generate Monkeypox Knowledge Graph. The KG resource comes as a research product of projects EOSC Future and BY-COVID.
