Users should login before they can book a room
Users should be able to register, make payments and view house records
When a user logs in they are redirected to tenantinfo.html where they fill out the necessary details then these details are stored in the database
Admin logs in and accesses the dashboard
However the dashboard contains all information tenants entered where thw admin is able to monitor tenants ie new tenants,defaulters, tenants who left and others
