Stabel firmware

1. node-env.ino for the Arduino Environmental Node
2. node-root.ino for the Arduino Root Node
3. ms01-build-deb Rust microservice as compiled file and as debian package for Raspberry Pi Zero W. This service reads data via zmqsockets from the ms-02. It works as a gateway to Azure IoT Hub
4. ms02-build-deb Rust microservice as compiled file and as debian package for Raspberry Pi Zero W. This service reads the sensor data from all client nodes via UART from arduino and publish it via zmqsockets.
