Transient download problem for docs

There appears to be a transient download error for a data file used in the docs/tutorials. If [this wget](

https://github.com/FAIR-Chem/fairchem/actions/runs/10361083298/job/28680715105) doesn't return the db cleanly, then the next block will error as the db looks very small or empty.

We should probably add that file to the repo using the large files functionality @levineds added. It's unclear to me how to add files to that.
