ofl/merriweather Update to v1.584

  • Enable cyrillic-ext support (130/333 39%)
  • Improve hinting in cyrillic
  • Fix latin digraph issues in Regular
  • Fix minor name table metadata

This was the last release with UFO and VFB based source files files before moving to the Glyphs app.
