SparQL query patches for SO creator/author lists and spatial coverage

In order to expedite indexing changes for nodes like CanWIN which have valid SOSO JSON documents but whose author lists and/or geographic information does not get processed correctly by the indexing service, we should apply whatever changes are approved for DataONEorg/dataone-indexer#48 and DataONEorg/dataone-indexer#100 to this repository as well.

Since the new indexer requires changes to the CN to account for the removal of Hazelcast from Metacat 3.0.0, patching this repository would allow for expediently solving the indexing problems described in the linked issues.
