Initial 1.0.0 release of the updated oclc-harvester2.
Includes:
- Pulling in all changes from https://github.com/sasund/oai-harvester2 (includes updating to use Maven, removing Xalan, removing log4jv1)
- Minor updates to test codebase to allow for testing for DSpace environment.
- Minor updates to POM to allow us to successfully release to Maven Central
