Description
Small PR to update our Dependabot rules with new groups for many major dependencies including:
These same groups have been enabled for
main,dspace-8_xanddspace-7_xThe goal is just to minimize the number of PRs created by Dependabot by ensuring updates to these dependencies are grouped into a single PR. Often, this is the best approach, as when you update one dependency in this group, you usually have to update them all.
This PR is just to document the reasons for this change. The only way to test it is to merge it. Merging immediately.
