Starts actually using the SRLOADER -> FLASHCARD setting, better usrcheat location detection, etc.

TODO

  • Make it compile lol
  • Determine where to do flashcard detection, or make a "detectFlashcard" universal function
  • Universalize a bunch of repetitive code between the different themes
  • Set flag and see if YSMenu will autoboot with cheats
  • Enable cheat setting for flashcard kernels
  • Enum class with flashcard paths and DLDI file?
  • Array of known gamecodes of each flashcard

Sorry about the huge diff lol, couldn't stand the mixed newlines so I ran dos2unix on this file
