Purpose of change
A new bespoke dungeon built around a nanofabricator. Meant to allow nanofabs to spawn rarely now that classic labs might soon get removed.
Describe the solution
A big chunk of this lab is based around a warehouse style building that holds the nanofab. Unlike most labs its intended to have a relatively large segment above ground.

Will be the focus point of Hub's fifth mission.
