Geoclient 2.0.0 RC1

The purpose of this first release candidate is primarily to make Java and C binary files available to a wider audience. Hopefully, this will allow more Geoclient users to run the framework locally and help root out as many pre-release issues as possible.

Note that RC1 is almost, but not fully feature-complete. A short list of outstanding tasks:

• Documentation improvements
• Update of Geoclient meta-data to support recently added Geosupport attributes
• Initial batch processing code
• Dependent library upgrades
